FOODVENTOUR - SENAYAN

One fine night in August, my best friend (next is Mr.T) suddenly say let's go for sushi tomorrow. I just cannot resist food, like really as a food photographer so I immediately say yes! let's stroll around Senayan tomorrow. We’re planning for The Halal Boys, Union and Sushi Tei, and let the other come tomorrow.




Round 1 - The Halal Boys
Location: Hang Lekir 2 no 4


I’ve been talking about The Halal Boys to Mr.T for a week and finally I have chance to pay a visit with him. The Halal Boys only serve Lamb and Chicken

We ordered half over rice. Their menus are chicken over rice, lamb over rice and half chicken half lamb over rice. 55.000 IDR for all the menu.
If you’re not a lamb person you should try the half menu one because the lamb is surprisingly good, and in fact I’m not the lamb person but I love it!! If you’re into lamb or just ok about lamb go for Lamb over rice!

Round 2 - Marche
Location: Plaza Senayan

I crave for rosti, and when I hear rosti all I can think of is marche. Yes that swiss restaurant, and I really love the interior. Consider this a snack between meal.

Round 3 – Sushi Tei
Location: Plaza Senayan

Main purpose of today, Tei-ing. Other people took afternoon TEA, we took afternoon TEI. One of Mr.T favorite roll.

Royal Soft Shell Crab Roll - 42.000 IDR

We are planning for Union but due the long Q, we walk across to Senayan City for Honey Bread.

Round 4 – En Dining
Location: Senayan City

The dessert yay favorite part of eating is dessert and Mr.T choose Cheese Honey Bread. I love En interior is so cozy

Round 5 – Union
Location: Plaza Senayan

Dessert after dessert, with a latte for both of us.

To sum up I have a good time with a good companion. Thank you for the day Mr.T. We definitely should do this again someday (if you’re reading this)

AFTERNOON SOIRÉE BAKERZIN X VALRHONA

We were invited to the Afternoon Soiree a launching of enchanting sweet and pleasures [read more to find out ;)] event last Friday, along with other bloggers and media.
